SHE Legal is an environmental, health & safety, and food safety legal consultancy that has qualifications and experience in environmental law, marine law, occupational health and safety and environmental science. Our main area of expertise is in assisting clients to achieve legal compliance as required by the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
SHE Legal provides on-line Environmental, Health & Safety, and Food Safety Legal Registers that are site-specific and user-friendly. The Legal Registers include plain language summaries of the law that relate to the specific operations and activities of each client. The Legal Registers can be linked to Aspects and Impacts Registers and Risk Assessments. Subscriptions to a Monthly Updating Brief are offered to ensure that clients are kept up-to-date with changes to the legislation included in their Legal Register.
SHE Legal is certified to conduct ISO 14001:2004/SANS 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001 Management Systems and Legal Compliance Auditing. Other services that we offer include environment, health & safety, and food safety legal training and the compilation of waste management plans.
